The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and eager to accommodate requests. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring options like Nutella and bacon, perfect for starting the day.
Unfortunately, I experienced some plumbing issues with the shower, which made the morning routine quite challenging. The dining service at Franz&Flora was disappointingly slow during my visit.

I really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the hotel, allowing for restful nights. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro station just 5 minutes away. My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff were always cheerful and eager to assist. However, I found the room a bit stuffy upon arrival, which might have been due to the air exchanger not being turned on before check-in. The lack of basic amenities like slippers in the room was a minor issue, but the reception provided anything I needed. Some wear and tear in the room, like limescale on the tiles, added to a feeling of neglect. Despite these few drawbacks, that walk along the Danube was a nice bonus.
